About the Role

City of Salisbury Gymnastics Club is looking for a passionate and reliable Gymnastics Coach to join our team. You will deliver high-quality, fun, and safe coaching sessions during our peak evening and weekend times. We are looking for someone who can inspire participants, manage group dynamics effectively, and help gymnasts develop their skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver engaging gymnastics sessions for various age groups and abilities.

  • Ensure a safe, supportive, and structured environment for all participants.

  • Assess gymnast progress and provide constructive feedback.

  • Maintain excellent communication with gymnasts, parents, and club management.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • British Gymnastics Coaching Qualifications - Level 1/2 or Willingness to work towards coaching qualifications if unqualified

  • Valid Safeguarding and Protecting Children certificate (If qualified)

  • Enhanced DBS check (or willingness to undergo one).

  • Current First Aid qualification (or willingness to attend course)

  • Relevant insurance for self-employed coaching.

  • Reliability, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude.
